Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Bermuda Security Group reserves the right to revoke any stated  offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an  order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bermuda Security Group’s will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Bermuda Security Group’s website Return Policy.

Paying for Your Order

 

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards. Currently, we accept Visa®, & MasterCard®.  You may also pay for your orders with Money Orders or Checks.

 

After you place an order using our “Shopping Chart” or facsimile process, we will check the information you give us for validity, such as a valid method of payment or valid shipping address. Your credit card or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Bermuda Security Group’s website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

 

Validating Your Order

 

After you place an order using our “Shopping Chart” or facsimile process, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

 

Backorder Policy

 

If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer’s order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered.

 

Local addresses are shipped out Standard Ground at no additional shipping cost.

 

International addresses are charged full shipping charge (request that all items ship together to avoid additional shipping charges). If you would like to cancel your backorder, please send us an email at info@bsg.bm or call 441.292.8181.

 

Return Policy
 

Bermuda Security Group provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at 441.292.8181 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from the Bermuda Security Group are none refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

 

    * Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.

    * The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.

    * Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise.

    * You must include all packaging materials.

    * Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.

    * All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.

    * We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number

    * Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default. 

    * You must pay any return shipping expense

    * Software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances. All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive online store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

 

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number, or by a store credit.

 

Shipping

 

All orders placed on this Website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Bermuda Security Group shipping policies.  All in stock items are usually shipped Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm PST, or 3 pm for Expedited orders (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) can usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.

 

All orders are F.O.B. our shipping facility.  The risk of loss and title for ordered merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and/or freight consolidator.

 

Warranty:

 

For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Bermuda Security Group   may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.

 

Batteries and Transformers are not warranted.

 

Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty.

 

In the event that a product requires repair after one year from receipt of order, Bermuda Security Group will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible.  Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.

 

Venue and Applicable Law

 

Bermuda Security Group’s website is created, operated and controlled by Bermuda Security Group of Bermuda. All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of Bermuda including the federal and small claims courts therein and you agree to consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it. The laws of Bermuda will also govern the Legal Notices and Disclaimers and Privacy Policy without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws.

 

Termination of Use

 

Bermuda Security Group may in its sole discretion terminate your use of the Bermuda Security Group Website at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Bermuda Security Group reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Bermuda Security Group Website at any time without prior notice.
